Rate options for therapy

  • While I am not currently in-network with insurance providers, you may be eligible for reimbursement through out-of-network benefits. Upon request, I can provide a superbill—a receipt that includes the necessary information for submitting to your insurance company. Please check with your provider in advance to confirm if you have out-of-network mental health coverage.

Tip: Ask your insurance provider, “Do I have out-of-network benefits for mental health counseling?”

  • Many clients use HSA or FSA cards to pay for therapy services. You can enter your HSA/FSA card information just like a debit card when paying. Therapy sessions are generally eligible expenses, but please double-check with your plan administrator for any specific documentation they may require.

Tip: Keep a copy of your receipts, which I can provide upon request.

  • A 50-minute session is $135.

Limited spots are available under $135. Please reach out to see if any spots are available.

I offer a sliding scale to help make therapy more accessible. You choose the session rate within the $65–$150 range that reflects your current financial capacity—no proof of income required. If that range is still not feasible for ongoing work, I’m happy to offer referrals to low-cost or insurance-based providers. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to discuss what feels workable for you.

Good Faith Estimate

As required by the No Surprises Act, you are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate of expected therapy costs. This document outlines the cost of services based on frequency and length of treatment. You’ll receive this automatically when beginning services or upon request at any time.
