At your request, I can provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance carrier for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

You can choose between virtual telehealth sessions or even walk-and-talk therapy outdoors around a nearby lake. We can discuss what setting feels most comfortable and supportive for you.

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We'll talk about what brings you to therapy, your goals, and any questions you have. It’s also a time for you to get a feel for my style and decide if it feels like a good fit. There’s no pressure—we move at a pace that feels right for you.

Therapy looks different for everyone. Some people come for a few sessions to work through a specific issue, while others choose to engage in longer-term work. We’ll regularly check in about your goals and progress so you feel empowered in your journey.

Yes—your privacy is a priority. What you share in therapy stays between us, with a few legal exceptions (such as if there's a risk of harm to yourself or others). I’ll go over all of this clearly in our first session, so you know exactly what to expect.
